HEX FET High Voltage Generator Circuit Diagram
Simple Electronic Applications July 9th, 2012A high voltage generator using HEX FET is shown in the schematic below. The 4049 hex inverter is used as an oscillator, and you can use the ignition transformer from any automotive engine. A fly-back transformer can also be used. The 4049 will drive the IRF731 HEX FET, and the Q1 must be sinked. Here is the circuit :
